E-22. The tank is most vulnerable to lighter antitank weapons from the flanks, and especially the top and rear. The top is vulnerable to precision-guided munitions (artillery or air delivered). Antitank mines also can destroy or disable the vehicle. When fighting with hatches down, the tank crew’s ability to see and engage targets (especially close-in Infantry) is reduced greatly.
