E-34. The Stryker vehicle is operated by a crew of two; a driver, and a vehicle commander and carries nine Infantry Soldiers and their equipment. The purpose of Stryker ICVs to provide protection for the Infantry to the dismount point prior to making contact with the enemy. The ICV carries the logistical load for the Infantry, with up to 72 hours of operation without resupply.
